No it's not good enough. There could quite easily be an amendment to the bill passing through parliament right now as D Cameron said. That's the way it should be done.
The govt is under such fierce pressure on this I fail to see how they can go against the will of the Hse and all the people who signed the petition; they'd have to be complete idiots.
