Osborne: Speech At Conference

The message was We're All In This Together.  I've seen Osborne make better speeches from a presentational viewpoint; this was very dry but it was packed with policies and initiatives.  Overall it was on the right track for most of the half-hour and I found nothing to whinge about.  It's hard to raise enthusiasm for economics; it always leaves me cold.
