"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen."

The Boulton -v- Campbell Confrontation

This is the video of the confrontation mentioned earlier.    After being provoked, Boulton tells Campbell not to tell him what he's thinking and accuses him of plotting but it isn't all one-way traffic:

Thanks to Grumpy Old Twat

  1. I wish they'd be less inhibited and just thump each other. That's what they want to do: I wouldn't hold it against them.

  2. :-) Welcome Squitch - yes, they almost came to blows. There's not much love lost there and it would make much better tv. It's probably today's highlight.

  3. That was very funny, I've not seen so many pointy fingers since driving past the dole Office, laughing at the scroungers squabbling with their womenfolk.

  4. :-) - and Campbell was probably being restrained because of the tv cameras!
