"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Fingers crossed but I seem to have turned the corner though I still have to avoid daylight!   To make things a little easier I'm just doing a quick rundown of things that caught my good eye this morning:

Two of Labour's lies come back to haunt them:
Former Defence Minister Adam Ingram lied to Parliament
New points system let in more immigrants

Row over genetically-modified food:
Food Standards Agency should be axed as two advisers walk out in protest at propaganda

The Armed Forces:
Armed Forces face re-structuring and 25% reduction in manpower amid slashed budget
Karzai, the Taliban and a case for Britain's withdrawal
£840m defence cuts force Germany to debate whether to end conscription

It's time these meetings were more widely covered:
4-day Bilderberg meeting begins in Spain

From the EU:
Nein & Non to CAP reform
EU has credit rating agencies in its sights
Pressing ahead with economic government
Vaclav Klaus says eurozone has failed
Why we're not allowed a referendum: 42% of Brits would vote to leave the EU

Only read if you have a strong stomach:
Self-justification from a fighter, not a quitter

UPDATE: The Times also has a good article on the Bilderberg meeting
