"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen."

Cameron's Speech + Videos & Updates

The Telegraph is running  live streaming of Cameron's speech this afternoon.  It's been a good day for the Conservatives so far with Fox, Hague & Cameron and an interesting interlude with Mathew Parris.  More later - I'll see if I can find a full transcript or video of Hague's speech in which he talks about the EU, the referendum lock, British sovereignty and a forthcoming European Union Bill.

  2. I will expand

Come together, we are all in this together, it's right that some must bear more than others, The Big Society and other such nonsensical sound bites and vague concepts.

When I see Teresa May picking up dog shite, David Cameron working voluntarily in a granny farm, when I see Ian Gove sitting in front of a half jaiked class of 15 year old criminals, when I see Hague sweeping the streets of the centre of our cities at 6 am on a Saturday morning I may just think about reconsidering my position.

The banks, banksters and other assorted spivs looted the wealth of the UK and when their inverted pyramid collapsed we had to bail them out.We have to take the pain and the reduction in living standards so that they need not.

Cameron is no different from his predecessors.

    Meet the new Boss
    Same as the old Boss
    We won't get fooled again?
    Shite!

The casino banking arms should have been allowed to fail. That is how capitalism is supposed to work.

We need to take control of the wealth creating mechanism that is the bank's licence to print money and have us pay for it.

    Q. How many lampposts are there around Westmonster?

    A. Enough for a start.

A Pox on all their houses.

    Am I being clear?
