"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen."

Crouch Down If You Want To

What a week it's been for bad news. Whether from left, right, libertarian, anarchic, surely you couldn't fail to be despondent at the news via the msm? I suspect the intellectual deficit of the msm is because they're either (a) inherently lazy and grown fat on regurgitating government press releases or (b) in someone's pocket (like the BBC who take millions in grants and loans from the EU).

Our country is shot to bits because of collusion between a politicised 'Police Service' who threw the Peelian Principles into the trash; an unelected Judiciary in thrall to EU directives; a government in awe of all that glisters, and an elected Parliament that doesn't listen to the people.  People still insist on dividing themselves in terms of 'Left' or 'Right'.  Such a nonsense: it's individual liberty -v- the the State.

In my heart I still believe that the people will come together and have the final word.  I posted this video as a Sunday Reflection a few weeks ago but I think it needs a wider airing:
